PICK UP POLICY
When will I know that my order is ready?

Look out for your "Your Order is Ready For Pick Up" Email.
*This email is different from your confirmation email.

What time will my order be ready?
​
Orders placed before 2:00 pm should be available for Pickup the Same day (email will be sent, once it is ready).
​
Orders placed after 2:00 pm should be available for pickup Next day (email will be sent, once it is ready).
​
How mi can pay fimmi order?
​
On pick up, payment can be made by Cash, Debit or Credit Cards ONLY.
Can I Send a bearer to collect my package?
​
Absolutely, Simply provide the bearer with your name and order number.
What time can I pick up My order?
​
Pickup Times are 10am- 4:30, Tues- Saturday
​
How long do I have to collect my package?
​
Packages are only available for 24 hours (conditions apply).
After the 24 hours have passed, your order will automatically be cancelled and a cancellation email will be sent.

What if there is an emergency and I cannot collect?
​
Please contact 876-999-2748. Provide them with your name and order number.

MI AFFI JOIN DI LINE FI COLLECT MI ORDER?

Our pickup service is an express service offered to our customers. With this express service, customers simply come to the door, state they have an order number and will be served immediately.
MI CAN CANCEL MI ORDER?
​
Yes, you can, simply call in branch at 876-999-2748, provide your name and order number then state that you are requesting a cancellation.

Return/ Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds.
Exchange and Store Credit Only within 3 days of purchase. All eligible merchandise must be in the original packaging with the seal intact and accompanied by the original sales receipt. NO exchanges on perishable items eg. Masks, scrubs, toners, butters, oils etc. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All store credit purchases are final. Conditions Apply.
